As a mum of two boys, I understand the highs, the uncertainties, and the immense power of the birthing journey. I stepped into my first birth less informed and prepared than I could have been which led to a birth filled with interventions that left me feeling unprepared and broken as I entered into motherhood. My second birth, however, was transformative—a true testament to the power of preparation and support.

This inspired my journey as a Doula. I’m passionate about helping parents in the Central West navigate their unique paths to parenthood. Through compassionate care, education, and open communication, I’ll guide you to feel safe and empowered every step of the way.
